Haldar Showroom does not offer product returns. However, we do provide a fair and simple replacement policy for eligible products.

1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns of any products once sold. Please ensure you review the product and order details carefully before confirming your order.

2. Replacement Eligibility

  • Only products that are covered under warranty are eligible for replacement.
  • Non-warranty items are not eligible for any kind of replacement or return.
  • Products must be unused and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Damaged or defective items must be supported with valid photo or video evidence.

3. Replacement Process

  • Retailers must first contact our support team at haldarshowroom2020@gmail.com with order ID and issue details.
  • Our team will verify the issue and eligibility.
  • If approved, we will arrange pickup of the defective item from your location.
  • The complete replacement process may take up to 7–10 working days.

4. Important Notes

  • Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories intact.
  • We do not issue refunds — only replacements for eligible warranty-covered items.
  • Any attempt to misuse this policy may lead to account suspension.
